Wealth Management Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:
Make positive long-term contributions to the growth and profitability of the company through completion of administrative tasks for important Wealth Management customers through:
Assisting the Wealth Management Advisor in providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients, and while maintaining quality and integrity of service provided to current clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists trust administrator with general administrative functions, including meeting with customers, review of trust agreements, correspondence, and client requests.
Processes accurate and timely deposits and disbursements for clients
Processes the opening and closing of accounts in compliance with policies and procedures
Monitors timely and accurate remittance of returns and quarterly estimates.
Assists Wealth Management Advisor in researching information for Reg 9 reviews and checks the systems to make sure all approved changes are reflected on the investments system.
Assists Wealth Management Advisor in monitoring daily transactions reports and daily cash ledger reports.
Retrieves, opens, stamps and distributes mail.
Images and files trust documents and maintains investment and periodical books.
All other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
Detail oriented.
Knowledge of various investments, trading, retirement and banking transactions.
Skills related to organizing, planning, and interpersonal skills.
